Coaching for Individuals

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you really are. Where wisdom reigns there is no conflict between thinking and feeling”Jung

Charlotte Norris Coaching for Individuals

I will help you to access the knowledge you need to make the decisions that are the best for your situation.

Exploring where you are:

  • building awareness through dialogue
  • using advanced listening skills; observation, skilled questions, exercises

Where you would like to be:

  • vision; picture building
  • identifying hurdles

How we get you there:

  • taking your vision to reality
  • working with you to make the changes that you choose to achieve

I started working with Charlotte in July 2016 after she was recommended to me by a friend. It was the first time I had had any form of coaching and we met weekly over a period of 3 months. My issue was really that I had moved from being a successful and independent career girl (I was a Director and co owner of a Media Company for 20 years) to being a stay at home mum for 10 years whilst bringing up my children. I was stuck not able to figure out how to move out of my rut. Charlotte helped me to focus on what I had achieved and to start to remember the good positive things I had to offer, thereby slowly boosting my confidence and self esteem. To be honest, this is half the battle. Many women who are at home for years lose sight of who they are and I found that it could be quite a depressing time. Charlotte turns all the negatives into positives which apparent ease. This process allowed me to ‘find my own solution’ to the bottleneck. Charlotte does not provide you with the answers, but rather creates an environment within which you can find your own solution to your problem thereby allowing you to move on. Charlotte is immensely ‘likeable’, down to earth and non judgemental and I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone.

I am amazed at how my attitude about life has evolved over the last 6 months – and 6 coaching sessions with Charlotte. Although I had done quite a bit of thinking the previous year, and even seen a therapist before, I found coaching so much more focused. Not only we went over the “basics” (e.g. what I want to do with my life, what is important to me etc.), but the coaching approach was also very pragmatic (how to handle anger? how to get to the field I want to work in?), and forward-oriented. I have understood much more of my fears, and am learning to overcome them. My projects changed a lot, and most importantly, I am much more confident and understanding, and also… happier. Getting coached by someone you don’t know (yet) might seem daunting beforehand, but trust me it is 1000% times worth the money and effort – at least with Charlotte!
